New 24-Hour Cancellation Policy in Effect March 1, 2026.
We value your time and want to be respectful of all our patients who are waiting for care. To help us do that, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. A Few Helpful Notes • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. • Cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance and are the patient’s responsibility. One-Time Courtesy Pass - We understand that things happen! Each patient is offered a one-time courtesy pass for a late cancellation or no-show, during which the fee may be waived. After the courtesy pass has been used, standard fees will apply. Credit Card on File - For your convenience, we securely keep a credit or debit card on file. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize our office to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. We Understand Life Happens Emergencies and unexpected situations do come up—we understand. In those cases, fees may be waived at the discretion of our office. Need to Cancel? Please call or message us at 815-614-3073 or use serenityhealthandbody.janeapp.com at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.
